From the very beginning, the service was top-notch, right through to the know-how during the installation of the cover.

They let me know everything required to set up my new roller shutter on my truck, and it showed up right on schedule like they said.

The correct parts arrived promptly, despite the postal delays and the holiday season around Christmas and New Year.

Super knowledgeable, super friendly, and they got everything I ordered set up in less than a week. I really couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect experience.

The sales team and reception staff were absolutely fantastic. The job done was both professional and quick this time around. I had some worries since my previous visit, which, although professional, left a lot to be desired in terms of finish. It wasn't what I anticipated from this company.

I placed an order for a canopy back in May 2022, and was promised it would show up by October. There were no updates to inform me of any changes. When the item didn’t come but I got an invoice, I reached out to ask about the delivery timeline. They told me they were swamped and that the canopy wouldn’t be ready until January 2023! It finally arrived last week of January 2023. There was hardly any apology given. Communication was non-existent; I had to do all the chasing.

The task was completed as expected and on schedule, just like always. It's always a joy to drop by and check out other cool stuff I might want to add to the ride.

I purchased a tailgate damper from Truckman for my Nissan Navarra back in August 21, and it has now broken (the end snapped off) even though I’ve only used it lightly, mainly for weekend leisure. I reached out to Truckman, and they informed me that the warranty lasts just one year, showing no interest in helping me out. This piston costs around £98, which is quite steep, and honestly, it’s not worth it. So, steer clear of this product if you’re expecting any support.

Just to follow up on my last review, they still haven’t taken responsibility for the wrongly fitted door. The lack of professionalism is absolutely shocking, and it feels like they’re just stealing profits from a mistake. Not only did they mess up the door installation, but now the central locking is also acting up. They sent me a YouTube video to fix it myself, which is just ridiculous. A technician who actually knew what he was doing pointed out that the issue was with a wiring loom they had worked on. Truckman offered to come fix it as a goodwill gesture, but honestly, thanks but no thanks! The installation and parts from this company are just terrible. I’ve even started legal proceedings because of the shoddy workmanship and product fitting. They don’t seem to have a proper complaints procedure either, which is baffling since I’ve asked multiple times and they just ignore me. Seriously, steer clear of this company! There are way better canopies and professional staff at other places, which I’ve now discovered. I really wish I had done my homework before! Don’t make the same mistake I did. Their response is full of lies, and I haven’t been offered any of the things they claimed, especially not a big refund for the work they didn’t finish.

I spent nearly 500£ on accessories from this place. The wheel aches seem nice but are made of flimsy plastic. That’s fine, but after just a week, they started peeling off the body. I reached out to them, and they asked for pictures. I sent detailed ones, but then I got no reply. I followed up multiple times, but still nothing.

The Truckman Classic High Roof for Hilux is a fantastic choice for a mobile kennel setup. I visited the factory to have it painted and fitted, and while we waited, they offered us coffee, which was nice. They kept us updated throughout the process and even let us bring our dog in since it was a hot day. The team was incredibly accommodating. After a few hours, we drove away satisfied. A few months later, I needed a different backdoor, and they handled it smoothly. They kept me in the loop, and it arrived right on schedule. I managed to fit it myself, which was the easiest option since I live 5 hours away from the Truckman factory. It was straightforward, just as the staff had assured me. The after-sales service is impressive—I'm not just saying that. Kudos to Truckman! I’ll definitely return when it’s time for my next pickup rotation and will gladly recommend both the product and the team—they genuinely care and follow through.

The customer service here is fantastic! The team really went above and beyond to assist me on a weekend. They even helped me load my order when I picked it up. I can't find anything to complain about and would definitely use them again!
